CHILD SAFETY DOCUMENTS
The document above is an attempt to create a culture of caring and safety for our kids here at PMC. Our policy only works when we all take it upon ourselves to help each other follow its guidelines
Please download the background check form and hand it to Curt Weaver. He will run the check and destroy the copy. NO SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS will be retained after the check is run.

WHAT TIME DOES SUNDAY SCHOOL START AND END?
Start time: 11:00 a.m. [Pre-SS Time: 11:00-11:00 a.m.] Dismissal: 12:00 p.m.
DO I COLLECT AN OFFERING IN MY CLASSROOM?
No.
SHOULD I TAKE ATTENDANCE?
PLEASE take attendance! It is valuable information for the Children’s Christian Ed Committee. Please Note Visitors! You can download an attendance sheet here
ARE THERE SUPPLIES AVAILABLE AT THE CHURCH?
YES. There are many supplies in the supply closet just to the right of the kitchen entrance. If something is not there that you need, please contact Susan Frisby.
HOW DOES SUNDAY SCHOOL CO-EXIST WITH THE PRESCHOOL THAT RUNS DURING THE WEEK?
We use some of the wooden tables that belong to SMMS, so please clean those tables of marker, paint, glue, etc. at the end of class each week.
WHAT IF I CAN’T TEACH SOME SUNDAY?
Please first contact other members of your teaching team. If no one is able to cover your class, please contact Susan Frisby as far before the Sunday as possible.
IS IT OK TO JUST DISMISS MY CLASS AT 12:00 PM?
Parents need to pick up younger children, please do not release them on their own.
IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT EMERGENCIES?
There is an evacuation plan for your class posted in your room. There will be a drill sometime in the fall which you will know about in advance. A first aid kit is in the supply closet.
