Facilities Rental
The PMC facility is available for groups to rent. We give priority to church activities, and to people and groups affiliated with or supported by PMC. The building may be available to others in the community, including nonprofit groups, private events, and weddings.
Fees:
- PMC members or groups: no charge
- People or groups associated with PMC: donation
- Non-profit organizations: negotiable
- Private groups: Depends on room and amount of time, generally $100-$500 per event, or 10% of fees collected, whichever is greater. *

Wedding: $500, includes rehearsal, cleaning fee, sound booth service as well as use of entire building during the wedding.
Deposits: Cleaning deposit ($100 / refundable), other fees/deposits on case-by-case basis
Notes:
• Set up, take down, and cleaning is the responsibility of group organizer
• Cleaning services are not usually provided; a cleaning deposit is refundable if space is left as it was found.
• Equipment, including kitchen, A/V, tables and chairs, may be available, must be arranged with the congregational administrator
• Tobacco, liquor, and drugs are not permitted on the premises.
• Liability Insurance is expected, and you will be asked to sign a release and indemnity agreement.
