A Guide to using the PMC Kitchen

You have requested to use the PMC kitchen for an event.  Below is a list of items you should consider before the event, basic kitchen procedures, and also what to do when the event is over.  Thank you for taking the time to fill out the bottom of the form as it helps us to know that everything is back in order for the next user.  Please let me know if you have any questions!
