(You may want to decrease quantity by half or freeze part of the dough for later use. This recipe makes about 15 dozen cookies) 6 eggs 2 cups brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 1-2 tsp vanilla 1-2 tsp molasses (may omit or use maple syrup) 1/2 tsp salt 4 tsp baking soda 2 cubes softened butter (1 cup) 1.5 lbs (24 oz) peanut butter (crunchy adds texture) 9 cups whole oats (oatmeal) 1-2 cups chocolate chips 1-2 cups M & Ms candy Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients in order given. Drop by spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
