An invitation to join the NAMI walk

The 16th annual NAMIWalks Northwest is happening on May 20. It is a 5K walk that starts at noon on the Eastbank Esplanade. I am forming a team (Strength in Numbers) as a way of making a statement that mental health and access to care are important! The funds we raise will help keep NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) programs available to all who need them, at no cost to participants.
